Dog Agility Classes

By making a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and fully accept our terms and conditions as detailed below:

• LINCS DOG TRAINING will not provide a refund if a client cannot attend any class, course or workshop booked.
• If a session is cancelled by LINCS DOG TRAINING, alternative arrangements will be made.
• The Client understands that LINCS DOG TRAINING will work with them to impart contemporary dog training knowledge and that success will depend on a combination of learned skills on the part of the Client and their pet.
• Behaviour and training is not static; a dog will not continue to perform even trained behaviours without ongoing practice.
• Particularly in the case of aggression, although training can help to modify behaviour, a dog is never considered to be “cured.” A dog’s behaviour is the owner’s responsibility. LINCS DOG TRAINING will make every reasonable effort to help attain a client’s goals but makes no guarantees of performance on the part of the Client or pet as a result of providing professional training.
• The Client acknowledges that obedience training/behaviour modification may be an activity in which damage or injury to dog(s) and/or persons may occur. The Client will assume full financial and moral responsibility for their dog(s). The Client further acknowledges that dog(s) may be exposed to a variety of environmental conditions which include, but are not limited to, vehicular travel, interactions with people and other animals, exposure to adverse weather and exposure to areas with crowds and all types of traffic.
• LINCS DOG TRAINING accepts no responsibility for any injury or damages to any animal, person, or property.
• The Client agrees that all dogs must always be under control and on a lead, unless specifically instructed otherwise by a LINCS DOG TRAINING Instructor.
• It is the Client’s responsibility to clean up after their dog when on site – this includes the driveway and carparking area, as well as inside the venue. Waste should be taken home by the Client for disposal.
• Flat non-slip footwear is advised when on site.
• Children under the age of 16 are to be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times when on site.
• The use of Check Chain, ½ Check Chain, Slip Leads and Flexi Leads is prohibited when on site.
• LINCS DOG TRAINING does not tolerate mishandling, physical or verbal abuse towards dogs or humans and Clients will be asked to leave the site if this is witnessed.
• Female dogs in season are not permitted to attend classes.
• LINCS DOG TRAINING reserves the right to use photographs and videos of dogs and their owners for marketing purposes.
